PRELIMINARIES

• Plan preparation; soil test and design, contour plan and Building Approval, fixed price Queensland Master Builders Association standard residential contract.

STANDARD SITE COSTS

• Site preparation to 500mm crossfall, Slab for ‘S’ class site including concrete pump, environmental requirements, water, sewerage, stormwater and underground electrical connections for services within 8 metres, 2 hours crane hire. Termite barrier in accordance with AS 3660 2000.

EXTERNAL FINISHES

  • Roof Pitch 22.5 degrees.
  • Brick choice from P.G. H., Austral or Boral selected ranges.
  • Roof - concrete tiles from Bristile. Colorbond upgrade available.
  • Entry door as displayed.

KITCHEN

  • Fully laminated cabinets in an extensive range of colours.
  • Large pantry with laminated shelves and breakfast bar.
  • Fully laminated pot draws and microwave space with pot drawer under and overhead cupboard.
